| Walking on my living room floor one morning, I heard a few squeaks, and that got me thinking about conductive resonances, especially in my speaker cables...forgotten, until walking on our beach and noticed some very heavy stones..what if I grooved the tops and layed my cables in them...? Typical tweak idea, right..?Folks, this is one to work for...very time consuming (all day for a pair, and then off to the lapidary shop for polishing...try natural also (no polish)...the right balance seems to be about 1/2 - 1# each, 3 - 6 per side. |

| The results have been STUPENDOUS...>than 25% spatiality and imaging/staging increase, and this for my gear: mbl 1512/Goldmund 39DA+/CAT Mk III/Klimo Kent SET monos (Ag/Platinum mods, w/ all Soshin, Vishay, etc.)...!Latest mod was to drill the bottoms of various shapes (play on your own) and fill w/ a mix of Tungsten pwdr/Copper ball bearings and polyethylene pellets...Finish with a 2-layer base of bakelite (NASA grade) and leather (soft like Gucci/Coach purses and thick (5/32")wired on (NO glue..!!!)with (2) careful loops/tight of premium Spectra fishing line... |
